- Well I am new to this website so not sure what or how much to say. I am an adventurous and open-minded woman that has successfully remained single with no children for 45 yrs. Okay actually I haven't met Mr. Semi-Right (as I affectionately refer to him) and if I have met him, I didn't know he was semi-right at the time.
I have been told my humor is witty. I guess you can be the judge of that, however, I do knowingly realize it's sarcastic. I honestly can't help that; it runs in my family. Just trying to keep up with the Jones'....well actually my three brothers and father....who can oftentimes blow me out of the water with their friendly digs.
I have a huge love for all animals especially cats. I adopted my last cat right after Christmas from an elderly couple that would leave him by himself in the wintertime for 3 - 4 mos while they trekked to warmer ground. He is now officially the happiest cat that I know....constantly wagging his tail regardless of what he is doing : )
I have a wide variety of interests ranging from sports of all kinds (football to wrestling - not WWF) to theatre (all types of productions with all skill levels) to organic foods (especially fresh bread and natural sweeteners).
I am open-minded about most areas of my life but do believe that religion and education are important. In my opinion, there is a higher power of some sort. While higher education is not for everyone, I believe it's important to graduate from high school and continue to explore using a venue that works for each person (ie armed services, trade school, college, cooking, seminars etc).
I don't want to give a laundry list of qualities that I think that I possess or those that I hope to find. The only two qualities that are deal breakers are respect and kindness. I am open to all ages and races. I would love to hear from all you average Joes!!

- I am thoroughly loving my 40's! I have learned more about myself in the last 5 yrs than I learned in the 20 yrs prior to that. I think the terms "late bloomer" is approprate here : )
I have found recently an affinity to younger men as long as they're capable of managing an older and somewhat strong-willed woman at times...........
