Click “My Profile” link from the left menu bar of every page. Then click on “Edit Profile” tab on the right side of your profile. Make changes on your profile and then click the Submit button to save. There are also a number of links next to “My Profile” link which enable you to check your message, guestbook, favorite, and etc.
Go to "My Page" on the left menu bar after logging in. Click on your avatar photo to change to a new one or click on the default avatar to add a new one. Browse for your photo and submit to upload your avatar. You can also click on the "Change Photo" tab on the right to add or change your avatar as well.
Go to "Photo Albums" on the left menu bar after logging in, and click on "Create Album" tab on the right. Then you need to type in your album's name under "Description" blank field. Click on "Submit" button, and now you can add your photos or other pictures into your album. You can also create more than one album.
How do I change my password?
Click “Settings” link from the left menu bar of every page. Under Account Settings, change your password and then click the Submit button.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Just click on the “Forget Password” link under the login box on the login page and follow the instructions.
Why can't I login to my account?
Make sure your username and password are correct. Username is not case sensitive but password is case sensitive . If the problem still exists, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link under the login box on the login page and follow the instructions.
Please make sure the city name spelled correctly and country is correct. If you're from United States or Canada, make sure the state or province is correctly chosen as well.
How do I block a member?
Click the "Block Member" link on the bottom right on his/her profile. And click "ok" to confirm the action. Once blocked, a member will not be able to contact you. You can view a list of all blocked members by clicking on the "Settings" link from the left menu bar of every page. And then click on the "Blocked" link on the right side of your profile. You'll see all the blocked members in there if you have any. You can also unblock members in the blocked lists as well.
At this time, we allow only ten messages to be sent per hour. The reason is that we try to prevent spammers from be able to send massive messages. This limit can be changed at anytime.
Why can't I receive or send messages?
If you receive the message "You have reached the maximum number of messages allowed", it means you will need to delete some of your messages in inbox and sent box before you can receive or send new messages again. At the moment, the maximum stored messages allowed is 100 messages, but the number can decrease in the future due to the server load. So please try to delete some of your old messages to prevent this problem.
Why don't I received email notifications when someone sends me a message?
By default, you will receive only ONE email notification per day. To receive email notifications more than one per day, you need to turn that setting off by:
1.) Click on the "Settings" link from the left menu bar of every page
2.) Click on the "Notifications" tab on the right side of your profile page
3.) Change "Limit notifications to one per day" from YES to NO
4.) Click on "Submit" button
